Today shows the people you are about to meet, a short note on what you talked about last time, and the promises that are due, yours and theirs. You can add a follow-up to your calendar with the system editor.
The recording is transcribed on your iPhone. The app then suggests a summary, commitments and follow-ups, and each suggestion points to the sentence it came from. Nothing becomes part of your records until you confirm it. English, Chinese and conversations that mix both are supported.
Each person has a page with your past conversations, what you promised them and what they promised you. You can link a person to a contact without copying their phone number or e-mail address. Ask lets you search everything you recorded, in English or Chinese, with a link to each source.
On Apple Watch you start and stop recording from your wrist, and recordings move to your iPhone when it is nearby. How long the Watch can record depends on its battery; the app tells you what to expect. Recording laws differ by place, and many require the agreement of everyone in the conversation. Saidkept asks you to confirm this before every recording, and getting that agreement is your responsibility.
